Create Your First Chatbot
What Is a Chatbot?
A chatbot is your AI assistant's profile. It's like creating a character for your AI -- you give it a name, tell it which WhatsApp device to use, and later you'll teach it about your business. You can have multiple chatbots for different purposes (e.g., one for sales, one for customer support).
Before You Start
- You have a ReplyLa account (completed Step 1).
- You have at least one connected device (completed Step 2).
How To Create a Chatbot
- Click Chatbot on the left sidebar.
- Click the Create Profile button.
- Fill in the details:
- Chatbot Name -- Give your chatbot a name (e.g., "Sales Bot", "Customer Support", or your business name).
- Description (optional) -- A short note for yourself about what this chatbot does.
- Labels (optional) -- Add tags to organize your chatbots (e.g., "Sales", "Support"). Type a label name and press Enter to add it.
- Device -- Select which WhatsApp device this chatbot should use. Pick the device you connected in Step 2.
- Click Create Profile.
- You'll be taken to the chatbot's settings page.
Common Questions
How many chatbots can I create?
It depends on your subscription plan. Check your plan details in Settings > Subscription.
Can two chatbots share the same WhatsApp device?
No, each device can only be linked to one chatbot at a time.
My chatbot is created but not replying yet. Why?
That's normal! You still need to train it with your business information. That's the next step.
