Test Your AI

Why Test First?


Before you flip the switch and go live, take your chatbot for a test drive. The AI Playground lets you chat with your own bot directly inside ReplyLa -- no WhatsApp messages, no real customers, with tools that can help you test faster.


It behaves exactly like a live conversation so you can see what your customers will experience.


Before You Start


  • You have completed AI Behaviour and Training Data (completed Step 4).


How To Access the Playground


  1. Click Chatbot on the left sidebar.
  2. Click your chatbot name to open it.
  3. Click AI Playground in the chatbot menu.
  4. The Playground chat interface will open.


How To Enable the Playground


If the Playground is not yet active, you need to turn it on first:


  1. Go to Chatbot > your chatbot > General Settings.
  2. Toggle AI Playground to ON.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Head back to AI Playground -- you're ready to test.

Work through your Closing Flow from start to finish, just like a real customer would:

Share the Playground for Team Testing


You can invite others to test without giving them access to your account:


  1. Click the Share button in AI Playground.
  2. Copy the invite link.
  3. Send it to a team member or friend.
  4. They can test through their browser without needing a ReplyLa account.


Refine and Repeat


After each test, go back and update your AI Behaviour or Training Data if something doesn't feel right. There's no limit -- keep testing until the chatbot responds exactly the way you want.


It's far easier to fix issues here in Playground than with real customers. Take your time and be thorough.


Playground conversations use tokens just like real conversations, but they don't appear in your Inbox and are never sent to WhatsApp.

Once you're happy with how your chatbot responds, it's time to go live.
