Before You Start

You have created a chatbot (completed Step 3).

How To Train Your AI

Click Chatbot on the left sidebar.
Click on your chatbot name to open it.
Click Chatbot AI in the chatbot menu.
You'll see two tabs: Training Data and AI Behaviour.

Step 1: Add Training Data

Training Data is the information your AI reads before every reply. Think of it as a cheat sheet.

Click the Training Data tab (it's selected by default).
In the text editor, type your important business information. Include things like:

Business name
Operating hours
Location/address
Phone number
Product prices
Return/exchange policy
Delivery info and fees
Any frequently asked questions

Click Save when you're done.

Example:

Business Name: Hijab Muslimah Boutique
Operating Hours: Mon-Sat 10am-8pm, Sun closed
Location: Lot 123, Jalan ABC, Kuala Lumpur

What Is the Contact List?

The Contact List shows everyone who has messaged your WhatsApp business number. Each contact shows their name, phone number, labels, device, and last message time.

Searching and Filtering

Use the search bar to find contacts by name, phone number, or email. Filter by:

Channel -- Show contacts from a specific WhatsApp device.
Label -- Show contacts with a specific label (e.g., "Hot Lead").
Lead Source -- Filter by where the contact came from.
Date -- Show contacts added within a date range.

Managing Contacts

View Details

Click on any contact to see their full profile: name, phone, email, company, labels, conversation history, and linked channel.

Create Manually

Click the + button at the top.
Fill in Name, Phone (with country code), and Email (optional).
Click Save.

Edit a Contact

Click on a contact to open their profile.
Click the Edit button.
Update their information.
Click Save.

Export Contacts

Click the Export button (download icon) to download your contacts as a spreadsheet.

How To Register

Go to the ReplyLa registration page.
Fill in your details:

Name -- Your full name.
Email -- Use an email you check regularly. We'll send a verification link here.
Password -- Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters).
Confirm Password -- Type the same password again.

Click Sign Up.
Check your email inbox for a verification email from ReplyLa.
Click the verification link in the email.
You're in! You'll be taken to your dashboard.

Can I sign up with my phone number instead of email?

No, you need an email address to register. But after signing up, you'll connect your WhatsApp phone number as a separate step.

Is there a free trial?

What Is General Settings?

This is the basic configuration page for your chatbot. Change its name, connect or disconnect a WhatsApp device, add labels, and turn the chatbot on or off.

What You Can Configure

Chatbot Name and Description

Go to Chatbot > click your chatbot > General Settings.
Edit the Name and Description fields.
Click Save.

|| The chatbot name is just for your reference inside ReplyLa. Your customers see your WhatsApp profile name, not this.

Link a Device

In General Settings, find the Device section.
Select a device from the dropdown.
Click Save.

Labels

Labels help you organize your chatbots.

In the Labels section, type a label name and press Enter to add it.
Click the X next to a label to remove it.
Click Save.

Chatbot Status (Active/Inactive)

Active -- The chatbot is running and will reply to messages.
Inactive -- The chatbot is paused. Messages will not get automatic replies.

Response Timing

Typing Delay -- How long the chatbot "types" before sending (makes it feel more natural).
Response Cooldown -- Minimum time between responses to avoid flooding.

Greeting and Closing Messages

Greeting Message -- Welcome message sent to new contacts on their first message.
Closing Message -- Message sent after a conversation is marked as resolved.
