What Is General Settings?
This is the basic configuration page for your chatbot. Change its name, connect or disconnect a WhatsApp device, add labels, and turn the chatbot on or off.

What Is AI Playground?
AI Playground is a testing area where you can have a conversation with your own chatbot. It works exactly like a real customer conversation, but no messages are actually sent to WhatsApp.
How To Use AI Playground

What Is Keywords?
Keywords are like a shortcut system. When a customer types a specific word or phrase, the chatbot immediately sends a pre-written reply -- no AI thinking needed.

What Is AI Knowledge?
AI Knowledge is like a library for your chatbot. Instead of putting everything in Training Data (which the AI reads every time), you upload documents here. When a customer asks a question, the AI searches through your library and only reads the relevant parts.

AI Settings
AI Settings controls how your chatbot replies -- which AI model powers it, how focused or creative it sounds, what it can see and hear, and what it remembers.
Open it from the chatbot sidebar: Chatbot → your chatbot → AI Settings.

AI Memory
What Is AI Memory?
AI Memory is like giving your chatbot a notebook. After each conversation, the AI jots down important things about the customer -- their name, what they ordered, their preferences. Next time that customer messages, the AI remembers and can give a more personal response.

What Is Chatbot AI?
Think of this page as your AI's training session. There are two parts:
Training Data -- The facts your AI needs to know (prices, hours, policies). The AI reads ALL of this before every reply.
AI Behaviour -- The personality and style of your AI (friendly? formal? replies in Malay?). This tells the AI HOW to respond.

What Is AI Feedback?
