What Is Contact Analytics?

Contact Analytics gives you a visual overview of your customer base. You can see how many new contacts you're getting, how they break down by label, which channel brings in the most contacts, and more.

How To View Analytics

Click Contacts > Analytics.

What You'll See

Contact Growth -- Chart showing new contacts over time.
Label Distribution -- Breakdown of contacts per label.
Channel Distribution -- Which WhatsApp devices get the most contacts.
Lead Source Breakdown -- Where contacts are coming from.

Check analytics weekly to spot trends. If new contacts are dropping, it might be time for marketing. Use label distribution to see your sales pipeline.

How far back does the data go?

Analytics show data from when you started using ReplyLa. You can filter by date range.

Can I export the analytics data?

You can export your contact list from the Contact List page. Analytics charts are visual summaries.
