Manage Campaigns
Viewing Campaign Results
After your campaign has been sent, click on it from the Blaster dashboard to see the full breakdown. You'll see:
- Total messages sent -- How many messages went out.
- Delivered -- Successfully delivered to the contact's phone.
- Read -- The contact opened and read the message.
- Failed -- Messages that couldn't be delivered.
Each contact in the campaign is listed with their individual delivery status, so you can see exactly who received your message and who didn't.
Campaign Analytics
The analytics view gives you a high-level picture of how your campaign performed:
Metric | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
Delivery Rate | Percentage of messages successfully delivered out of total sent. |
Read Rate | Percentage of delivered messages that were actually read. |
Failure Rate | Percentage of messages that failed to deliver. |
Use the Analytics button on the Blaster dashboard to compare performance across campaigns. This helps you spot trends -- maybe your Raya promos get better read rates than your order follow-ups.
Resend to Failed
Sometimes messages fail for temporary reasons -- the contact's phone was off, network issues, etc. Instead of creating a whole new campaign, you can resend to failed contacts directly from the campaign details.
- Open the completed campaign.
- Look for the failed contacts section.
- Click Resend to Failed (or similar).
- The system will attempt to deliver the same message again to those contacts.
Reply Detection
When contacts receive your blast and reply, their replies show up in your Inbox just like any other conversation. Here's how it works:
- Replies are linked -- ReplyLa knows the reply came from a blast recipient, so you have full context.
- AI Reply handles it -- If you have AI Reply enabled on your chatbot, it automatically responds to incoming replies from blast recipients.
- Manual handling -- If AI Reply is off, the reply appears in your Inbox for your team to handle manually.
This means Blaster isn't just a one-way megaphone -- it's the start of a two-way conversation. Send a promo blast, and when customers reply with "Berapa harga?", your AI can handle the response instantly.
Common Questions
Can I delete a completed campaign?
Yes, you can delete campaigns. However, the analytics data will be lost once deleted. We recommend keeping campaigns as records for future reference.
How long does it take for read receipts to update?
Read status updates in near real-time as contacts open your message. However, some contacts may have read receipts disabled on their WhatsApp, so your actual read rate may be higher than reported.
What are common reasons for message failures?
The most common reasons are: invalid phone numbers, contacts who have blocked your number, phone numbers not registered on WhatsApp, and hitting your WhatsApp messaging tier limit.
Can I export campaign results?
Yes, you can export the contact list along with delivery status to CSV format. This is useful for reporting or cleaning up your contact list based on failed deliveries.
